These terms govern your use of Tornus and other software and services operated by dijotech. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to them.
Your account
- You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private.
- One person per account. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts.
- You must provide a working email address so we can verify and protect your account.
Conduct
You agree to follow the Community Rules. Cheating, exploiting bugs for gain, harassing other players, or attacking the service itself may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans at our discretion.
Purchases
- Optional in-game purchases (such as credits) are processed through PayPal.
- Purchased credits are licensed for use within the game; they are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside the game.
- If a purchase fails to arrive, contact us and we will make it right. Completed and delivered purchases are generally not refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
The service
- Tornus is in active development. Features, balance, and content can and will change.
- We may take the service offline for maintenance, sometimes without notice.
- Characters, items, and progress exist within the game and remain part of the service.
Our software
Our games and applications are licensed to you for personal use. Do not decompile, modify, or redistribute them, and do not use modified clients to connect to our servers.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, dijotech is not liable for indirect damages or for loss of in-game progress or items.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will say so on the home page and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
