Customer agreement
Domain registration terms
Effective September 29, 2026
1. Who provides the service
Dijotech LLC sells and supports the domain service. Domain registrations are sponsored by Global Domain Group LLC (“GDG”), an ICANN-accredited registrar. Dijotech is a reseller and is not itself an ICANN-accredited registrar. You can identify the sponsoring registrar through the InterNIC registrar listing.
2. Agreements that apply
By placing an order, you agree to these terms, the registrar terms and privacy policy, and applicable ICANN consensus policies. The registrar terms control if these terms conflict with obligations that must apply to a domain registration.
3. Registration and ownership
You are the registered name holder. You authorize Dijotech to send the contact information you provide to GDG, Dynadot, the applicable registry, ICANN service providers, and other parties necessary to register and manage the domain. You must provide accurate, current information and update it promptly. False or outdated information, failure to verify contact details, unlawful use, or policy violations can lead to suspension, transfer, or cancellation.
4. Availability, price, and payment
A search result is not a reservation. Availability and registry pricing can change until registration completes. The checkout page shows the exact registration term, amount due, and future renewal price in U.S. dollars. PayPal processes the payment; Dijotech does not receive or store your card number.
5. Registration result and refunds
A domain order is complete only when our order-status page confirms registration. If payment is approved but the registrar response is uncertain, do not place another order; we will investigate. Once a domain has been successfully registered, registry and registrar charges are generally non-refundable. If Dijotech confirms that registration failed and no domain was created, we will reverse or refund the domain charge.
6. Renewal and expiration
This registration checkout does not itself authorize a future charge. If you connect the domain to an active Dijotech hosting service and keep it under Dijotech management, renewal reminders begin 45 days before expiration and renewal payment becomes due 30 days before expiration. Dijotech renews at the registrar only after that payment succeeds. Otherwise, you remain responsible for renewing or transferring the domain before expiration. The renewal price shown at checkout applies to the normal renewal term but may change before renewal if registry, registrar, tax, or operating costs change; we will show the current price before charging you. Late renewal, redemption, or restore fees may apply after expiration. Expired domains can stop working and may eventually become available to someone else.
7. Transfers, disputes, and acceptable use
Registry and ICANN transfer locks may temporarily prevent transfer after registration or a contact change. Domains are subject to the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and other applicable dispute policies. You may not use a domain for fraud, malware, spam, infringement, illegal activity, or abuse. We may suspend service when required by law, the registrar, a registry, ICANN policy, or a valid legal order.
8. Support and notices
We send important notices to the registrant email address you provide. Keep that address working and check spam folders. For registration, renewal, transfer, abuse, or billing help, email [email protected]. Learn more about registrant educational information and registrant benefits and responsibilities.
9. Service limits
To the extent permitted by law, domain services are provided subject to registry and registrar availability. Dijotech is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential loss caused by third-party registry, registrar, DNS, network, or payment outages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
