Platform safety
Acceptable use policy
Effective September 29, 2026
Purpose
This policy protects Dijotech customers, visitors, infrastructure, and mail reputation. It applies to websites, domains, mailboxes, forms, uploads, and customer accounts.
Prohibited activity
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware, credential theft, impersonation, infringement, harassment, threats, exploitation, evasion of legal restrictions, attacks, scanning without authorization, or interference with another service.
Email and forms
You may not send spam, use purchased or harvested address lists, operate open relays, conceal the source of messages, or use forms to collect credentials or sensitive information deceptively. Sending limits and abuse controls may be applied per mailbox, domain, account, or package.
Platform protection
Customer-installed server programs, plugins, executable files, hidden miners, remote-control tools, and attempts to bypass storage, traffic, or account limits are not allowed. Automated access must stay within documented interfaces and reasonable limits.
Enforcement
We may investigate reports, restrict an affected feature, preserve relevant records, request corrective action, suspend service, or terminate serious or repeated violations. When practical and safe, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct an issue. Immediate action may be necessary for active attacks, compromised accounts, legal demands, or danger to other customers.
Reporting
Report suspected abuse or a compromised Dijotech service to [email protected]. Include the domain, relevant date and time, and enough information for us to investigate without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
