Pages can be added to ten total before a custom quote. Migration, custom design, booking, payment, and e-commerce work are quoted.

Managed Care covers ordinary content changes without rollover: Tier 1 is $49 monthly/$490 yearly for 60 minutes and two requests; Tier 2 is $99/$990 for three hours and five requests; Tier 3 is $199/$1,990 for six hours and ten requests. Redesign, custom code, emergencies, and third-party fees are excluded.

Questions before you start

Is a domain included?

No. Buy one through Dijotech as a separate line item or connect one you already own at no domain charge.

What happens when a managed domain renews?

We begin reminders 45 days before expiry and charge the domain renewal 30 days before expiry. We renew at the registrar only after payment succeeds.

Can I bring a domain I already own?

Yes. Before payment, Dijotech checks whether the domain already has a website, email, or verification records. An unused domain can use Dijotech-managed nameservers. A domain already using Cloudflare can keep its own Cloudflare account and connect with only the records shown in the customer portal. Existing email is never replaced unless you explicitly choose to move it.

Can I cancel and move my domain?

Yes. Your domain is not held hostage to the hosting plan. Normal registry transfer locks and renewal deadlines still apply.

Business email rules

Email warmup, spam or so-called cold email, and account farming are prohibited. Email hosting is not refundable because of dissatisfaction or difficulty using the service. Every customer must separately accept all four conditions before payment. Read the email policy.
