Email service policy

No email warmup

Email warmup services are prohibited. They manufacture engagement and can damage the shared sending reputation that legitimate customers depend on.

No spam or cold email

Do not intentionally send unsolicited marketing email. Calling it cold email does not change the rule. Purchased lists, scraped addresses, and messages sent without valid permission are prohibited.

No account farming

Do not create large numbers of aliases, mailboxes, or catch-alls to register many third-party accounts while pretending to be different users.

Email-service refunds

Email hosting is not refundable because of dissatisfaction or difficulty using the service. Canceling stops future renewal. Rights that cannot legally be waived are not affected.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate the affected customer email account to protect other customers and the mail network. These rules supplement the acceptable use policy and hosting terms.
